Lesson #2

At point in your life you are going to go through the process of healing your heart.
Relationships fall apart all of the time; hearts get broken.

Helpful tips:
1. delete number from cell phone, remove as much ways of contact as possible
2. go to bed early if you start getting emotional
3. talk to different people about how you feel
4. talk to a stranger about how you feel
5. avoid confrontations with the heartbreaker
6. think about the positives that have come out of the situation
7. start a new hobby (not smoking!)
8. take time to be sad but take more time to have fun
9. surround yourself with those you love
10. take time to treat yourself and spend personal time

Recognize that each day you are going to feel a little different. One day you might feel fine... another completely miserable. Nights will most likely be hard so go to bed early if possible. Each morning is a new morning. Look the best you can! Look hot! Look good, feel good... it works better than you think. Take your time when it comes to talking to new potential lovers. Hold your head high and be confident. Show strength when you are down. Smile and try to have a sense of humor. Be a little selfish, do anything that will make you happier (besides harming anyone or objects). IMPORTANT: If someone broke your heart, DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR HEART AGAIN.
